Sap and Citrus started with a simple but radical idea: the ritual of a beautifully crafted drink belongs to everyone.
After twenty years behind the bar, I watched something shift.
Guests began asking for no alcohol but didn't want to sacrifice the flavor of a beautifully crafted drink.
And I asked myself, why should they?
We all still want the ritual, the craft, and the complexity of a bespoke drinking experience. We just didn't always want the alcohol.
Sap and Citrus was born from that truth. We craft all-natural, botanical syrups using real fruits, herbs, and kitchen ingredients — no shortcuts, no chemicals, no added sugar — because we believe the best drink you'll ever make shouldn't require a alcohol to be extraordinary.
We're not here to define how you drink. We're here to make sure however you drink, it's delicious.
